All orders placed will be shipped within 72 hours from your order date. You will be able to track the journey of your order once it has been shipped.

Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).

Tracking number - An email will be sent once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive one, please email info@tizzyloves.com.

Returns & Refunds - 

• You have a 14-day window to request a refund or exchange upon receipt of your order.
• The items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, with all tags intact and accompanied by the delivery note enclosed in your parcel.
• Diffusers and Fragrances are non-returnable
• Elegant Fragrances and Bags have a UK delivery charge of £5.50 while diffusers are £7.50
• IMPORTANT! tizzyloves only accepts returns shipped with the return labels provided by our customer service team.
• To initiate a return or exchange, please contact info@tizzyloves.com and provide your order number and the reason for your request.
• The refund process will take up to 14 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
